Many of the world’s top restaurants, from Manoir aux Quat Saisons to Charlie Trotter’s now offer complete vegetarian menus. Joia in Milano is the world’s first vegetarian restaurant with a Michelin star.
I’ve lived on a vegetarian diet during the last 12 months and I’ve never had so much fun trying out new recipes.
Some of them were nice.
Others made my taste buds explode. Those I’d like to share with you on this blog.
